We start off the weekend by sharing our intentions and what we hope to gain during the journey.

The journey begins. Morning embodiment practices and breakout workshops. Friday is about resetting our minds, hearts, and bodies. We take time to let down our guard, recharge our bodies, and explore our edges. We head towards the “peak” of the weekend, where we walk each other home into our center of centers. Experience the limitless power of your heart during the guided ‘Big Love’ Ceremony.

The adventure isn't over. Take a journey into the depths of your being with a Breathwork Journey. Discover the gold waiting to be uncovered. As you grab the insight, healing, or connection you’ve been looking for, you will be supported to bring this with you back to Monday morning. After the journey, you will have plenty of space to relax or go on an adventure. Finally, we finish “coming down the mountain” by breaking bread together and sharing stories around a fire.

Preparing for the real work. Bringing the divine spark back into our daily lives. This is not a retreat to escape our busy lives. It's designed to help bring the magic back into the “mundane.” To come home more embodied, more full of love, and with greater reverence, than when we started this adventure. Sunday is all about sharing our collective insights and creating our plan of integration. This is the moment we choose how we will embody come Monday morning and support each other in the process.

The Location
Unlike any other retreat. D.M.E. 09 will be located at Las Velas Blancas, 100 meters of beachfront forest facing the breaking surf of Costa Rica’s Pacific Ocean. Surrounded by evergreen mangrove forests to the east and south, this is where you rest and rejuvenate.
The property boasts bungalows, a two-story beachfront lounge, a swimming pool, poolside kitchen, dining area and living area, and teak floor yoga deck. Immerse yourself in thepura vida lifestyle as you relax on the sugar-white sand beach, soak up the sun by the sparkling swimming pool, or unwind in the beachfront lounge.
Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves crashing just steps from your doorstep. Breathe in the fresh ocean air and prepare to reflect on your life. Enjoy time to swim in the crystal-clear waters, explore the beach, or go on adventures in the forest. In the evenings, imagine gathering with your brothers for a delicious meal prepared by the on-site chef. Finishing the day by stargazing from the expansive yoga deck.

If had to choose two words to describe my experience with DME thus far, they would have to be, “fucking incredible🙏”…
Being a man who is constantly in his own head and own thoughts, a man of a few choice words, the entire concept of the DME group was not on my radar. The thought of opening up, sharing thoughts at all, let alone with people I did not know seemed odd to me.
That said, the experience changed me, opened me up, changed something in my head. Being a man of few words, this was odd!!
